Chase Gregory Lucaissien Jones

My practice focuses on helping people through some of the toughest experiences in life. I practice primarily in the areas of Divorce, Child Custody, Adoption, Paternity, Consumer Debt, Contract Disputes, and Civil and Family Appeals, and I am committed to diversity and helping those in the LGBT community. My clients seek me out because they know I care and that every case matters. I am always available via phone, email, text whenever you need me. I am committed to providing the best representation for you and your needs. Every case is my most important case.

I have a strong sense of justice and I believe that it takes people who truly believe in the Rule of Law to defend your rights, to stand up when you need to level the playing field and to support the Constitution of the United States. The Rule of Law is what makes democracy work. No one likes to be wronged and I will stand with you to find a solution that is just.

I spent more that 15 years in Information Technology before returning to college and acquiring my law degree. I am a father of three sons who are in college and I taught middle school for five years in a public ISD. I take great pride in providing help to those who need a voice. I received my Associates Degree in 2003, my Bachelor's degree in 2004 and, while working and raising my sons, I attended law school part time to graduate with my Juris Doctor in 2009. I obtained my license in Florida in 2010 and most recently here in Texas in 2017.
